I buy these and baby backs ribs for our July 4th Rib Fest. (Plus a few extra to have throughout the year) Smoking with apple, cherry and oak chips make these ribs the best! No rub needed. Seriously.

Forgot I had these in my freezer for 10 months and I recently cooked up in oven 225 degrees until bones pull off easily.
Super good and a good price. Not too many people get to eat soy/corn free pork so thanks, Frankie.
