FAQ's

How is your meat shipped?

Our meat is frozen and shipped on dry ice. The dairy products are kept cold in the fridge and placed away from ice in the order to preserve their flavor. 

When will my order ship? 

We ship all of our orders out Monday through Wednesday. If you place an order after Saturday night it may not be sent on Monday so make sure to place your order ASAP on Friday or Saturday so that we can package it up on Sunday to ship Monday. 

Do you Vaccinate your animals with mRNA?

There are currently NO animals that are being vaccinated with mRNA. If a company is marketing their product under this description it is a misleading claim as the concern does not exist. (as mRNA vaccinations in animals are not being used anywhere)

In regards to general vaccinations and treating the animals - we do not vaccinate our animals or give them antibiotics.

What is your RETURN policy?

FIRST TIME CUSTOMER POLICY - Due to large amounts of chargebacks from "first time customers." - If you have any concern about the condition or quality of the product - Please record a video of you unboxing the package. Any first time customers who do not video record the unboxing of the package will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstance. 

Sometimes our shipping carriers hold packages which results in thawing of the meat. If you receive product you are unhappy with please take a picture and email us immediately. 

IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE US WITH A PHOTO IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT OF THE PACKAGE WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND. 

New Quantity Policy - If you purchase more than 3 (three) of any individual item and are not happy with the product you are not eligible for a refund. Please try the product before purchasing a large amount to see if you like it or not. 

Grass Fed - All of our products are grass fed, most products are labelled with a simply description such as "Skirt Steak," other products may say "Grass Fed" on them, however every single one of our products is grass fed. 

What is your CANCELLATION policy?

After an order is placed there is no guarantee that we are able to cancel the order. Please make sure you have all of the items in your cart that you would like before checkout, and that you will be home at the time to receive the package. 

If you have an emergency and need to cancel please email us immediately after the order is placed, but again, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel it.

IF YOU PUT IN THE INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS THERE IS NO GUARANTEE WE CAN CHANGE IT OR CANCEL THE ORDER - PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. 

Where are we sourcing our animal products?

Our goal is to provide the highest quality animal products as affordable as possible. That means sourcing from local NY farms as well as other countries such as Australia and NZ, even Alaska for Cod Liver.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes 1-3 business days depending on location from our Monday and Tuesday shipping dates.
