When will my order ship?

Your order will ship the following Monday if it is placed before Saturday. At the latest orders will ship the Monday after.

Where are we sourcing our animal products?

At the moment we are focusing on sourcing as many local products as possible, mainly from New York State farms as well as Pennsylvania. Since the demand for grass-fed beef hasn't been implemented into many farming practices in America we are also purchasing from Australia to make it affordable.

We have organized relationships with farmers in these locations to raise animals for us, if you would like more information about where we source our meat please reach out to info@frankiesfreerangemeat.com

Where do we ship?

Non-perishable (pemmican, jerky, and many more to come!) ship worldwide, fresh meat ships to continental United States. Possible expansion to fresh meat for other countries in the future. 

 

How long does shipping take?

All of our perishables products are rush shipped on Monday or Tuesday to be received before the end of the week. Non-perishables will take a few more days to get to their location.

My pemmican is soft, what should I do?

This is normal. Just place the pemmican in the fridge for an hour or so and let it firm up, then enjoy! Any softness is due to a combination of the temperature and saturation of the fat. We make all of our products from 100% grass-fed and pastured animals, this means that the fat we render to make out pemmican is going to be much softer than tallow from grain-fed animals.  Our all natural products are sensitive to temperature changes!

What is your return policy?

If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order etc.), please contact us within 2 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you to review the case and if it is approved we will be sending a replacement. Please do not return anything before we review the case, our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions. We reserve the right to deny any return request.

Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns), no-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
