The price for Quarter Beef is $1000 up front, this is usually enough to cover all costs and the final bill will be adjusted depending on the weight of the cow.

We charge per pound of finished product as we believe most consumers are being taken advantage of when being charged by live weight or hanging weight. Our final price varies between $7.00-$8.50 per pound of finished product (Whether ground beef is included or not) which is lower than any other farm online. We will price match any other supplier but have never been requested to as our prices are the lowest.
Due to unfair treatment from the USDA the only way for us to sell Organic, Farm Fresh products is by selling shares of the live animal.

I ordered the beef share as part of my 1st order with Frankies. I was impressed with the rapid shipping and the way all was packaged. I had a bit of a challenge in identifying several of the cuts, but after message to Frankies with pics, I got all squared away. I understand the lack of labeling was an error that is now being corrected, so not taking away from all else, it was a good experience. Next time, I might ask for a couple roasts and less other cuts tho.

I’ve suffered with Histamine Intolerance for quite sometime; and figured this would be well worth a shot. I can’t tell you how happy I am that I made that decision, First off the ground beef has to be some of the best beef I’ve ever eaten in my entire life. I took a nice raw chunk of it when It got delivered to me and the flavor profile is out of this world. Secondly, the variety of cuts and beef that I had been given is phenomenal; definitely keeps a nice change in my diet while still allowing me to eat the amount of red meat I do on a daily basis. THIS is going to be a REGULAR ORDER FOR ME when you have it, Thank you so much as always Frankie. I’ve been going a couple of years strong using you; and you have NEVER let me down. Ideal for people with histamine intolerance, high quality steak cuts too. My only complaint is that the ground beef isn’t ground up as much as I’d like, quite a bit of connective tissue still intact.

Ordered the fresh organ share along with some buttermilk, organs were excellent MUCH better fresh than frozen. buttermilk arrives sour unfortunately but ill still drink it for the probiotics 🙂

Never had beef this real or fresh, its so different than even any other online distributor at higher prices of $20 per Lb. I only ate the ground beef so far, but its so flavorful and so deep red. Its not ground over and over like grocery stores. It has strips of meat and fat. Looking forward to the steaks im defrosting.

I learned to use my pressure cooker to cook the ground beef so it wasn’t tough. Layered it and put the whole heart on top & added carrots, celery & onions & pressure cooked them for an hour. Both were very good. The meats are good. I was leery at first bc my delivery was late by a day and didn’t seem cold, then I found my thermometer wasn’t working right. Dry ice on bottom was still frozen, so I took courage. I’m glad I did. I’ve cooked it all up & have meals for a few days.

frank always has great quality & this is a mixed bag of sorts. of the ground beef I prefer the 5lb bulk ground beef to the one in this for burgers but it’s great for pasta and tacos. t-bones are cooking rn the other steaks we slow cooked and turned out amazing in asian dishes.

First off, I genuinely feel like I stole it for what he charged me. Secondly, the beef came all labeled with an insane variety of cuts + roasts and organs. I took a chunk off of the beef raw when it came in and the flavor profile was out of this world. Can’t wait to try the steaks and roasts. From how it was packaged, to the quality / variety of beef I’m truly impressed. You’ve always given the highest quality everything, and this is definitely no exception. Beef share was very yummy raw, makes it way easier to stick to eating raw carnivore when you can look forward to eating foods on the “diet” you’re on. Every time I whip out any of the roasts or steaks from meat share, I ordered the flavor speaks to me, along with the beef fat ground trimmings. Thank you for all the shit you put up with for us Frank, it’s my 1 stop shop for anything meat!

I was nervous because it was my first order here and it took a month to fulfill but it was worth the weight. I got 20 steaks. One was a baby at half a pound but the rest were between one and two pounds. That is a lot of steak for a beef share, btw. Already had some steak and it was very flavorful and well marbled. Also got at least 40lbs of grind, bunch of roasts and short ribs. I didn’t weigh it but it looks to be at the total which was 121 lbs. Came to under 10 bucks a pound, shipped. Under 8 before shipping. Plus I got free lamb shanks I am looking forward to trying, free macadamia nut butter and some natural toothpaste. And free grass fed collagen powder. Have not tried the rest but the fat is nice and yellow so it is genuine pasture raised.
