3LB FLANK STEAK PACKAGE

good price, however i end up trimming about 300g or so of fat/gristle off the flank steaks. i usually end up with 2-2.5lbs of pure trimmed flank steak. these require some "butchering" skills to create 2 perfect grillable flank steaks. one of the steaks usually still has the silver skin on it and the fat can taste a little weird to me sometimes. SOME TRIMMING IS NEEDED, BUT STILL COMPARBLE PRICE TO STORE FOR BETTER MEAT
