    Being Japanese, I grew up eating fresh fish sashimi and fish eggs, like Ikura and Tobiko. Having said that, I know quality when I taste it and my mind was literally blown after tasting Frankies salmon roe. Not only is it high quality, you can taste how nutrient dense it is. The saltiness is just right, not over powering the delicate flavor of the eggs. Forget those sugary energy drinks. If you want energy, just eat a couple of teaspoons of this salmon roe and you’ll be good to go! My only regret is that I only ordered one container……

    ..and it was a good experience. I’m not a big fan of fish, but I love the nutritional profile of them. This is top quality I can taste it and an easy way to eat of lot of fish while not eating a lot of fish. Will be ordering a couple cans of this a month as a nutritional supplement. This tastes like the sea. Understand I know nothing of caviar being uncultured swine that I am, but found it enjoyable. Also after eating 4oz of it I was full for hours. So yeah..the nutrients are there.

    The only thing that was tough was getting the can open. It was incredibly tight, but at least it kept it fresh. The taste is unreal. I’m pretty sure this is salted, but without salt this probably would taste pretty incredible on its own. I can definitely see why being one of the most nutritionally packed foods would make this taste so good. It’s expensive, but I feel like this price won’t break your wallet if you get it every now and then.

    The tin was stuck closed, but I just cut the lid with pliers and put the roe in a glass jar. The actual roe is amazing. It tastes like salty wild salmon and feels like tiny pearls of egg yolks that pop in your mouth. I only had 2 spoonfuls and it gave me a lot of energy.     I have had Salmon Roe before and this was just as good if not better than the salmon roe I had in Japan. I am pregnant and due soon, and consuming the salmon caviar helped me feel like my mineral and vitamin levels were moved to a healthy level, making me only crave cod liver oil. It arrived still frozen and well packaged. I used a dull knife in between the lid and container to get it open, but afterwards I had no issue opening the container. I will definitely be ordering more soon!

    I’m a caviar novice but I found it delicious and the price is shockingly low. I’m standing in the restaurant where I work looking at a wholesale price sheet and we can’t get salmon roe this cheap. And if you find it salty I recommend a little sour cream with it if you’re having dairy–magic combination! Lol at all of us struggling to open the container. I’m flat broke but nutrition is my top priority and I can’t help but laugh that I heard myself say “this tin of caviar is just too difficult to get into.” First world problems…

    These salmon eggs are the best I have ever had. They are very large compared to the organic salmon eggs I would buy at whole foods, and the flavor is not so salty that it gives a bad flavor to the fish. The mouth feel of these eggs is smooth and silky, almost milky with a sumptuous oily chicken soup kind of gelatin feeling. Very mild fish flavor, very smooth. I could eat so much of these, I’m glad he sells them in a big tin. I had to use a flathead screwdriver and a mallet to get it open though… I felt like a bear trying to break into a human caché of food hidden under lock and key. Delicious and well worth it, though.

    Having had a seafood allergy for most of my life, I had always wondered what caviar tasted like (and coming from a working class background, dreaming of food traditionally associated with the elite seemed a foregone conclusion). I managed to get over that allergy and one of the first seafood items I bought from FFRM was caviar! I wasn’t sure what to expect (my sister told me she’d tried it, but didn’t like it).     Might have to force a bit of it down if you can’t handle the taste of very salty fish juices, but a great way to wake up in the morning. I took a spoonful or so of these in the morning while I cooked my bigger meal. I would reccomend eating it in smaller amounts so that it’s easier to get down. It doesn’t taste bad, as it tastes better than most fish products, but when eating a lot of it at once it can be hard to swallow, and you may have to force yourself. It’s more of a gut reaction than anything.

    I have been wanting to incorpaorate salmon roe into my diet for the nutrional benefits. At first I was a bit hesistant because of the price but when the caviar arrived I was happy with the amount that I received for what I paid for. It arrived frozen but tasted really fresh once defrosted. I would use tablespoons of it a day putting it on top of cucumber slices with mashed avocado and lemon, it tasted like awesome keto sushi and had my skin glowing after a week.     This caviar are, by far, the best (and to be fair, only) fish eggs I’ve ever had. I’m glad my first experience with them last year was a blast. They often run out of stock, so when they come in, although expensive, I load up on as much as I can afford. This time I got 4. All of them consistently the same quality, and the burst of energy I get when I eat them is just awesome.

    A wonderful way to get those healthy omega 3’s and 6’s as a snack on the go and for a quick pick me up. Lastly, these taste wonderful a little frozen. The way each individual egg ‘burst’ in your mouth with flavor, with the cool touch…and the perfect amount of saltiness. Never stop selling this. Thanks!

    Just purchased 4 bottles. It’s addictive, man. I eat 1-2 tbls full every morning and it lights me up, every…single…time. Like coffee without coffee. The ONLY caveat is, it’s expensive. Nowhere near as expensive as other forms of cavier, so that’s a blessing, but expensive nonetheless. I guess the good thing is, instead of complain about it, I figured out how to earn more money than ever before to be able to make it less of an expense and more of an investment in myself and my health. I can not recommend this caviar enough! It just makes my day, and another thing I noticed is it surpresses sugar cravings, which I did not expect.
