Pasture Raised Iberico Pork Shoulder Steak
Dry rubbed in smoked salt and left it for a few hours, then roasted at 390 degrees with a meat thermometer in the middle. When it showed 145 it was ready. Easy and great. Very impressed with all the meats from Frankies, this was no exception.
Never had pork like this before. Very good.
So juicy, tasty, and full of flavor. Hands down best pork I've ever had! I highly recommend. This coming from someone who doesn't like pork very much and I loved it!
