So much flavor!

Love this cut, I render out the fat for the Lard and then I eat the nice crispy bits left over. So much flavor, it barley needs salt!

So much flavor!

Love this cut, I render out the fat for the Lard and then I eat the nice crispy bits left over. So much flavor, it barley needs salt!
