My package came today filled with this awesome fat, CLO, Salmon eggs & a free version steak. The ice was still not all frozen (delivery took 2 days) and all products came frozen as well. I'm very impressed by the shipping, although I hate how much plastic & styrofoam goes into this. I miss having a decent farmers market close. Thank you Frankie & team!

Great alternative to beef and lamb fat when you need to switch it up. I also loved that they kept the skin on, super crunchy like chicharrones when you pan sear.
This fat is delish! Very rich & you can really taste the nutty flavor of the acorns these pigs feed on. Best of all, it doesn't totally render away into liquid. You can actually slice it up, brown it in a pan over med. heat & eat the fat slices if the meat you're eating is too lean. I know this is higher in Omega 6 that grassfed beef fat would be, but since it's pretty much the only high Omega 6 food in my diet, I'm fine with that.
