Pasture Raised Iberico Pork Baby Back Ribs (Pata Negra)
It was my first time making ribs AND iberico pork and it did not disappoint. Easily the best ribs I've ever put in my mouth!!
Too fatty, I have no luck with ribs, will stick to my steaks.
First time eating Iberico Pork/Pata Negra meat. Did not disappoint. Thoroughly enjoyed the clean and satisfying flavors. I am a fan now and will continue to treat myself with Iberico Pork again in the future. Uniquely delicious.
The ribs were delicious, as expected ;-) I'll be getting them again. And again.
After my first bite I fell into this fantastical trance from which I didn't awaken until I'd cleaned off every last bone. Great stuff.
