Pasture Raised Iberico Pork Baby Back Ribs
These ribs are hands down the most flavorful and tender ribs I've had. After slow roasting in the oven for 3 hours, they are fall apart tender, no gaminess that you find with regular pork, and tastes super clean. Unfortunately, I won't be able to buy them as frequently anymore after the price increase.

Too fatty, I have no luck with ribs, will stick to my steaks.
First time eating Iberico Pork/Pata Negra meat. Did not disappoint. Thoroughly enjoyed the clean and satisfying flavors. I am a fan now and will continue to treat myself with Iberico Pork again in the future. Uniquely delicious.
