Very good...much easier on the palate than beef liver

Chicken livers

My order was delayed and therefore, I had to throw away 2 pkg of livers that were on top because they had thawed. I got a free deer steak with my order and it too, was thawed. I’m very apprehensive now to eat remaining livers due to them not being frozen solid upon arrival so I will just throw them out too because I’m afraid they may be rancid. Food poisoning can be fatal.

Will order again and again

This is truly the best liver I've had. Other brands I bought frozen thaw out like a weird mush but these were beautiful! I made a simple pate but I was eating it by the spoonful I couldn't wait for it to sit in the fridge my body was so hungry for it. I'm very pleased with the quality and I plan to order all of my meats and organ meats and fat from Frankie's. I'm incredibly grateful to have access to something so high quality

I tried all else

Ive tried chicken livers, ew. I’ve tried calf. All store bought. This was the answer. Actually enjoyed every bite. These are very, very mild. If you want to get organs in, these are your best bet. Season with salt black pepper and garlic powder/onion. All you need. I didnt even let it marinate in milk or water. Just drained blood put in a bowl with seasonings for an hour and cooked to pink in the middle. Dont overcook them. 5/5
