Exceptional Flavor and very rich tasting. It will now be very hard to go back and enjoy conventional mass produced pork. Iberico Pork is a major treat and well worth the extra cost for the quality and great care taken raise the pigs eating a proper diet.

Didn't know what this was but it looked interesting. Didn't really know what to do with it so I brined it for a couple of days with natural salt, turbinado and spices, then rinsed it and soaked it for 20 minutes, cut it up into meal-sized portions, browned it in a skillet and then cooked it slow until done. It was the best pork belly I've ever had. It's somewhat lean, which I usually don't care for but it was really tasty and tender. I think it would be good grilled as-is or smoked. There are many options. Will definitely buy it again.
