Grass Fed Brisket (Point End)
I smoked the brisket and it came out great. I was a little worried there wouldn't be enough fat on it, but there was. (Frank can you get ahold of untrimmed brisket?) Also, I only got a 3.15 pound brisket instead of 4 pounds. I'm guessing that was a mistake?
Really tender and juicy, cooked with wagyu tallow and a some garlic powder. The meat came out really good with the wagyu tallow. The fat even made a soup like consistency that gives the meat more juice flavor.
Tastes amazing and I loved it. I would buy it again. 10/10.

We didn’t exactly cook it well enough to get the melt-in-your-mouth type brisket, but it was nonetheless a fantastic tasting brisket.
It is flavorful and tender when eaten raw. Almost zero tendinous material which is ready enough to swallow when cut small. Not very fatty (I'm going to guess maybe 20% tops, based on one roast of experience) so I add some of the fat Frankie sells here. I think this would be good cut thin for korean barbeque style cooking.
