Why Free Range?
The nutrition of our food depends on how it was grown, especially animal products. These vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids are stored in the protein and fat, determining both taste and nutrient content. Feedlot animals are not only missing the quality diet that make their meat taste good, they can have “off” flavors, a lower nutrient content, and an imbalanced fatty acid ratio. We strive to procure quality animal products that are both enjoyable and nutritious, as it should be.
Uses
Frankie came up with an organic Pastrami spice blend, brined grass fed brisket for 2 weeks, and smoked it to perfection!

This is a special product. I love the prepared products Frank has come up, like the beef barley stew, plain beef stew, chicken stew, vichyssoise, roast beef, oven roasted turkey breast, and now this. Hope we get more items like these on the site. Gyro and barbacoa when?

If i could give this pastrami a 10 out of 5 i would. Have had store packaged pastrami for years and loved it. Just finished 1lb of frankies smoked pastrami and my my mind is BLOWN! The smoked flavor with the quality beef is like a kung fu kick to your taste buds. This stuff is even better than wagyu steaks that i’ve had before so thats saying something. Frankie will be my pastrami plug until the day i can no longer chew. Im still high from the pastrami as im typing this. MUST BUY!

Yeah I wanted to give this a legit 1 star review to sabotage sales so I could buy all of it up for cheaper because it won’t sell but I figured let the best man win.

If I didn’t already have a bunch of FFRM meat in the freezer, I would do everything in my power to eat this every day for the rest of my life. I’m only halfway joking. It’s that good. Just be careful…I think it’s shipped fresh, never frozen. It freezes well anyways. Anyways, time to scream about this from the mountaintops.

I know that this is premium beef but why are not listing the number of ounces per unit that I’d be buying in the decription?

I use the brisket pastrami everyday, chop it up and mix it into my omelette in the mornings. Along with the Garlic A2/A2 butter, chop up some beef testicles and put a few very small pieces inside as well, and once the omelette is done cooking and ready to eat I spread some Salmon Caviar on top of it and add some Vera Microplastic free salt

Had this with Frankie’s sourdough bagel – very delicious
