All of our beef is 100% Grass Fed and Grass finished raised on Pasture year round.

Upper leg bone marrow is firmer and richer. 

Lower leg marrow is softer, creamier, and more gelatinous.

Good for when you run out of butter, but weird taste.

I was expecting a creamy & sweet taste when eating it raw or even cooked, because thats how marrow usually tastes....but for some reason this just has a chemical taste to it, even weeks later I’m still not sure how to exactly describe the taste. It’s just not a good taste, I know that much. But, it’s a good replacement for cooking food in fat whenever you run out of butter. Maybe I just got an older order? Idk.
