Mild tasting and delicious. Those who can’t do beef liver may find this appealing. I love it. Made lamb pate’ with some bacon & spices. Wonderful!

I remember mixing 1/2 a pound of this in with my pound of ground bison, and eating it before going to bed...... the next day, I woke up and my energy was through the ROOF! Lamb liver is AMAZING, and I will be buying some more soon!
