Grass Fed Lamb Kidneys
I thawed out the Lamb Kidneys, than after rinsing them off I placed the Lamb Kidneys into a bowel of milk with about a tablespoon of Salt.
24 hours later I washed off the salted milk and simmered them on a low heat for about 2 hours.
I than sliced the Kidneys and sauteed them in some unsalted Butter, and just before serving them I deglazed the pan with Armagnac.
Ohhh they were ever so tender with a delightful flavor!
The package arrived on time and the kidneys are absolutely delicious. I ordered more a few days later. Highly recommended.
Would prefer If lamb kidneys were separated before freezing, perhaps in the same size container but frozen flat and not bundled. Otherwise I am happy. Thank you for asking.
