Grass Fed Lamb Heart
I bought 14 ribeyes, and before I had an opportunity to eat one, I gave one to my plumber. He was ecstatic. He said it was extremely juicy one of the best steaks it ever tasted. The first one I had was the exact same experience. Unfortunately, the next four were Mili, tough and not really appetizing at all. I have eight left and will further review at the end of consumption. I’m not sure, but it seems as if maybe they could have been frozen and thawed more than once. There were a holes in a couple of the bags.
I also got some lamb heart, which was amazing. I don’t like bashing meat producers because I know that sometimes that’s just the way it is with beef. It’s not going to preclude me from ordering from Frank’s again.

I cooked the lamb’s heart with bacon grease and maple syrup, and it was good enough. Definitely healthy! The bacon grease was from the bacon I bought from this website, and it was good too.
