Grass Fed Lamb Head
Head meat is as tender and delicious as it gets, then you get the brains, glands, tongue and eyes. Great bang for the buck. It'll also make the best stock you've ever had. I recommend sawing the skull before cooking so the brain doesn't dry out.
Great for making bone broth.
This made the best broth ever! And when the meat was through slow cooking, it was tender and delicious. My sons had so much fun claiming different parts of the head to eat ;)
I just got finish roasting it it was Krispy n tender falling off the bone n was able to eat the tong hole without removing the skin
