I tried these ones from Frank’s business for the first time, just for variety. I have tried it from other sources, so these ones are comparable, and certainly more tender than others in the past. However, this cut just doesn’t do it for me and I don’t think I will order it again.
Frankies hanger steaks are my new favorite. The flavor is the right amount of fat with lean to give max satisfaction!
