Grass Fed Ground Beef with Organs - 4lbs
OK, well, the ground beef with organs is probably not my favorite flavor, but I'm still giving 5 stars because I know it's good for me and it's a good way to consume the bits I wouldn't normally have (luckily I was prepared for the taste after watching Frankie's meatloaf recipe)! Anyway, here's what I did to make it taste a little better for me: Made tiny little meatballs and sauteed them in caramelized garlic ghee. In the meantime, heated up some homemade beef broth (made from Frankies Free Range marrow bones) with some sea salt to taste and added a couple of eggs and the juice of one lemon (kind of made avgolemono type soup); added the meatballs and seasoned it generously with Dr. Cowan's powders (pepper salt, horseradish powder, dandelion greens, and parsnip powder). It was actually pretty good! All that to say, highly recommend this product (as usual, Frankie and Adam provided a quality product - thank you, guys)!
Best tasting meats you’ll find.
Love Frankie's ground beef with organs. You can tell it has high quality and worth every bite. For some reason i prefer this over other beef with organs out there. Frankie knows what he is talking about. I am liking more meat organs now. I still need to try some raw beef liver. LoL It will be coming soon.
First time trying ground up organs and actually prefer this more than regular ground beef. Threw this in the skillet with some scrambled eggs for a meal. Definitely buying again.
This product is absolutely what the Carnivore community needs! Recommended for beginner liver eaters. After eating eight (8) ounces for lunch, I felt satiated for the rest of the day. Sugar and carb cravings GONE. Looking forward to reordering this product when stock becomes available. Definitely a huge benefit eating ground beef with organ meats (liver, heart, kidney). Liver taste was NOT overpowering.
