I personally believe that this goat liver is higher in nutrients than any other source of liver I've tried. The color and taste is much more intense than any cow liver I have ever had. I need a 1/4 of the amount of this goat liver to get the same effects I was getting from grass fed cow liver. I notice great acne improvements the next day after consuming raw. Wonder if it is because goats specifically are supplemented with Vitamin E and Copper and it ends up being stored in the liver in higher concentrations, might be something to look into.

Really good tasting liver

I have found that the commercial grain fed liver taste like Shit, I mean poop, i can not stand it, no wonder why nobody likes liver, grain fed liver is super disgusting, but this liver, I would not say is super delicious, but it is very pleasant, it is not disgusting at all, very edible raw and cooked.

I personally believe that this goat liver is higher in nutrients than any other source of liver I've tried. The color and taste is much more intense than any cow liver I have ever had.
