Lamb Heart.

I eat a bone broth each morning with a medley of meat mainly from ruminant animals-liver, spleen, heart, testicles, kidneys, tongue, pancreas, tendons, muscle, along with a considerable amount of Kerrybrook butter, and rendered suit.
So your lamb heart served that purpose well, and I am high pressure cooking the tendons that were delivered yesterday to go into the mix. Thx. Wayne Kuhn
