Grass Fed Goat Heart
I eat a bone broth each morning with a medley of meat mainly from ruminant animals-liver, spleen, heart, testicles, kidneys, tongue, pancreas, tendons, muscle, along with a considerable amount of Kerrybrook butter, and rendered suit.
So your lamb heart served that purpose well, and I am high pressure cooking the tendons that were delivered yesterday to go into the mix. Thx. Wayne Kuhn
Arrived quick and still frozen! Amazing quality. Thank you so much
Fried in olive oil, was to tough to chew. Then boiled, and could chew
Was very hesitant to buy meat online. It took me over a month to finally risk placing an order. And this risk was so worth it. Meat arrived very well packaged and frozen. Used it for cooking and oh my, it tastes really good. Nothing like the store bought ones. It seems a bit pricey but it is worth every cent!
Goat hearts are much smaller than beef hearts, so they are easy to prepare and are absolutely delicious. My favorite source of CoQ10 and healthy saturated fats.
