We are sourcing high quality grass-fed beef from local NY farms as well as Australia (famous for their pasture) to bring you the best tasting and most nutrient dense option available.
All of our beef is 100% Grass Fed and Grass finished raised on Pasture year round.
Why Free Range?
The nutrition of our food depends on how it was grown, especially animal products. These vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids are stored in the protein and fat, determining both taste and nutrient content. Feedlot animals are not only missing the quality diet that make their meat taste good, they can have “off” flavors, a lower nutrient content, and an imbalanced fatty acid ratio. We strive to procure quality animal products that are both enjoyable and nutritious, as it should be.

This particular steak is also very good. I prefer my chuck a little more done. Salt, pepper, garlic powder and Coleman’s mustard from Whole Foods as a rub. Let it sit 1-24 hours, crisp outside on a cast iron and finish in oven at 375. Flip around 7-9 minutes

Was lazy and instead of grilling it I baked it in the oven — still turned out good. That’s the nice thing about high quality meat, you don’t have to be a good cook for it to end up tasting good.

Quality was great. Only quibble was that some of the 1 lb steaks were under 1 lb, like 0.80 lbs. Might match underweight steaks with overweight steaks so the order total matches what was ordered if possible.

My glass jar of frozen blood came broken. So even though it was a promo item, Frankie mailed me broken glass. And it was a mess. lol.
That being said I love the products here. Good quality and some I cannot find anywhere else.

Eat 3 or 4 a week on carnivore diet. I bbq it search 2 min a side and that’s it. Mainly raw. Cut into thin slices with butter and salt.
Only think id recommend is of you get them in bulk to vacuum seal over top of their packaging which is thin and the majority have small holes and will leak out blood when defrosting
