Beef tendons

Great stuff for my aging connective tissue. I slow cooked the tendons with a few beef bones for about 7 hours. I put in only a little salt for flavor. I eat it like a bone broth soup just reheating whenever I want some. Tendons turned out great. Nice and soft!

Its OK for me

I cooked it with some bone I brought from a grocery store. It didn't turn out well. I am not sure because of the poor quality bones or not. However, the broth is cloudy and white. I think the broth extracted a lot of collagen from the tendon. The tendon are soft but it tasted bland. I will cook it a different way on the next package I got since I brought two.

After trying these tendons the first time, I had to order again as I want to always have these on hand..they’re that good, and not very easy to find online. Arrived solidly frozen and securely packaged. Thanks for supplying this great tasting product.

Beef tendons
