Get the single pack unless you're feeding a family

This is one of the most tender, sweet, buttery meats I've ever eaten. I've had short rib at extremely fancy restaurants and this blows it out of the water. That being said, I'm a big dude and can hardly eat more than half a rib with a small side of pasta and mushrooms, even after starving all day. This is a highly caloric meat. Consider the individual ones.

I've ordered the ribs before. Typically I cook them in my crock pot aith some broth and a sprinkle of onion powder. Delicious! If I had the time, I'd probably grill them slowly, but even in a crockpot I cannot complain!!
