I’ve generally drink a 16oz carton of bone broth every night before dinner. I run over 80 miles a week, so I’m doing whatever I can for my joints. Wasn’t sure what to think about this right away with how it was jello after being thawed, but as I heated it on the stove it liquefied nice and tastes way better than anything else I have had. I can’t afford to drink this every day, but I will definitely be doing at least 1 of these a week going forward
Adds a good flavor to stew.
Collagen Bone Broth
Having grown up in a typical American household divorced from many, even traditional, "American" cooking practices, until purchasing this product, I had not been aware of the difference between a traditional, well made collagen broth, and what is typically available at even local "health foods" stores selling various (even "organic") bone broths. I have not found a comparable product, even on the other side of the U.S., where I live. This is very well made, and reasonably priced for the quantity available. Some of the products on other of Frank's business ventures, I think could be better, but this is not one of them. The way he consistently runs his business, formulates his products, and proffers educational information about nutrition and minimizing health hazards speaks, in my humble opinion, to the integrity of his character and that he is a respectable individual. If more businesses conducted themselves in such a manner, our country would simply not be facing the "systemic" issues of rampant and willful negligence, cynicism, apathy, willful ignorance, and the like. I don't know for certain if this is true generally, but the parallels and correlation of "mental illnesses", depression (and the like) to the quality of food eaten seems an obvious conclusion to arrive at. People seem on average more willing to endure the possibility of starvation in the face of trying to find something to eat without as many neagtives, as compared with trying to live and thrive even just for today when subsisting off of terrible food. "Market forces" being what they are, there are perhaps some non-obvious reasons why this common sense observation is deferred with successive generations, and basic practices followed by even our recent ancestors are forgotten or discarded in the face of being able to go to Safeway and buy some Cheerios. Our debt based currency and fractional reserve banking may be a con, but the concept of "voting with your dollar" even in a rigged system is still preferable to me than mindlessly going along with the status quo of our consumer society. If you can't hope for change, at least eat real food! It isn't worth giving up!
I brought 2 dozen of these!!! I keep them in the freezer and drink one every morning!!! I take the cap off and defrost it in the microwave for 20 minutes!! It’s taste fantastic!! A real Gut healer!!
