However, I noticed that the packaging did not include the country of origin, which is something I like to know when purchasing meat. Additionally, the cuts were not as well-trimmed as I expected, requiring some extra work on my end. Overall, I enjoyed the product and would consider ordering again, but I’d appreciate more transparency on sourcing and better trimming in the future.”
