All of our beef is 100% Grass Fed and Grass finished raised on Pasture year round.

Why Free Range?

The nutrition of our food depends on how it was grown, especially animal products. These vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids are stored in the protein and fat, determining both taste and nutrient content. Feedlot animals are not only missing the quality diet that make their meat taste good, they can have “off” flavors, a lower nutrient content, and an imbalanced fatty acid ratio. We strive to procure quality animal products that are both enjoyable and nutritious, as it should be.

    I honestly have a hard time getting my 4 year old to eat more meat but after trying some and hearing him say he wants to eat this everyday I couldn’t help but leave a review.

    There’s definitely a slight difference in taste compared to the normal 80/20 I buy from frank. We honestly loved this blend and will be buying more in the future.

    These burgers taste great, but I do have one little nitpick about them.

    I typically form them into patties and grill them on my BBQ. When I began using these for the first time, I noticed they didn’t come together as easily as other ground meats typically do. I’ll still order this in the future, but it will need to be worked on more to keep it in one piece when making burger patties.

    The burger blend is almost always great quality, but lately received brown/oxidized burger blend. I ordered again thinking it was a one off, but received spoiled meat again. Afraid to order it again.

    VERY GOOD. The right blend. I found the best blend to order from Frankies. My test blend the first time around was very lean. Not as good. Thank you for being loyal to what is good. Good is not mandated it is expected. With out being explicit we have to “fight the good fight” of quality in food.
