Why Free Range?
The nutrition of our food depends on how it was grown, especially animal products. These vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids are stored in the protein and fat, determining both taste and nutrient content. Feedlot animals are not only missing the quality diet that make their meat taste good, they can have “off” flavors, a lower nutrient content, and an imbalanced fatty acid ratio. We strive to procure quality animal products that are both enjoyable and nutritious, as it should be.

Very nice cut, tender and delicious. The wife and I both enjoyed it and will definitely order again! Dried the steak off, and let sit uncovered on a rack in the fridge for 3 hours to further dry. Removed from fridge 1 hour before cooking, to bring to room temperature. Brushed with EVOO, and generosity seasoned with sea salt and fresh ground black pepper, then grilled to perfection. Rested under foil for 5 minutes, then sliced. A knife was not necessary, we both cut the sliced pieces with a fork. Served with a fresh garden salad, homemade Yorkshire pudding, and homemade Au Jus. Awesome!

This petite tenderloin was quite tasty! We love our meats from Frankie’s!

I have eaten two of these steaks. They are extremely delicious. Salt and pepper is all that is needed.

After watching Frank’s videos for a while I decided to support Frank through buying his food products and meats. This steak in particular was noted by Frank in a video I watched so I ordered it. Frank was not kidding when he said we would love it. The petite tenderloin was so tender and quick to cook. I seasoned it with some salt and cooked it in some coconut oil. This is going to be one of my go-tos for now on. I love a good fatty steak but the leaner steaks like this one is great for the day-to-day eating.
