I generally feel gross when I eat too much cow cheese and don’t even like most of it despite getting cravings if I don’t have any for a few days. Both of the goat cheeses here are great, mild, and I can eat more of them. I can eat about half a block of cheddar with half a jar of apples and a bit of starch and be pretty well set for a meal. I put a container of chevre on some cooked egg whites and steak seasoning and other things and it was also great. Really five-star work here.

After discovering raw dairy a couple of years ago, I have become a bit of a butter nerd and find it quite challenging to consume mass-produced grocery store butter (no taste and leaves a film in your mouth when you eat it plain). I sprinkle sea salt on this butter and eat 2 tablespoons per day as a treat and appetite suppressant (absolutely adore the clean finish and the perfectly subtle twang).
