Why Free Range?
The nutrition of our food depends on how it was grown, especially animal products. These vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids are stored in the protein and fat, determining both taste and nutrient content. Feedlot animals are not only missing the quality diet that make their meat taste good, they can have “off” flavors, a lower nutrient content, and an imbalanced fatty acid ratio. We strive to procure quality animal products that are both enjoyable and nutritious, as it should be.
I thought lamb liver was my favorite but this hands down is my favorite. Cook it in some butter and your good to go. If you have a hard time with the bitter taste of beef liver try rabbit liver

This liver is very strong tasting but I just eat it raw to make it easier. However, your cat/dog will love these. I use the livers mostly for my cats homemade pet food and he begs so hard as soon as I open the pack

Going from veal liver to this is a HUGE difference. The rabbit liver practically has no flavor. It’s extremely tender and delicious, I’m so glad I tried it. I don’t know if it has as much nutrition as the veal liver, but it is definitely so much easier to eat. If you don’t like liver, try this. You will change your mind!

I love both duck and Rabbit livers and these were the best (other than those we harvest of our own) that I have ever had. Wonderful with onions sautéed in butter and then quick pan fry of the liver. Just amazing!
