Why Free Range?

The nutrition of our food depends on how it was grown, especially animal products. These vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids are stored in the protein and fat, determining both taste and nutrient content. Feedlot animals are not only missing the quality diet that make their meat taste good, they can have “off” flavors, a lower nutrient content, and an imbalanced fatty acid ratio. We strive to procure quality animal products that are both enjoyable and nutritious, as it should be.

    Everything Frank and Adam produce is top quality. The beef is soft and has an amazing flavor without adding any type of seasoning, butter, or sauce. I can honestly say any product here is enjoyable. Well, liver jerky is an acquired taste to say the least.

    It’s great quality, but in my opinion it isn’t as good as the smaller packages of ground beef when eaten raw. The texture is different… more grounded up? Not as juicy? It’s hard to pin point. As I write this after eating the beef raw, I am having queasiness that comes in waves from slight to mild, and my mouth has been watering like I’m going to be sick. I’m not sure what would be causing this… I assume it isn’t bacteria because I just ate this meat. I don’t mean to scare anyone away—this is just my current experience.

    As a carnivore that is into bodybuilding I have found Ground beef to be a staple in my diet as I generally eat 1-2 pounds of it each day . I must say this is the best tasting ground beef I’ve ever had ! I love that it’s organic and grassfed! Couldn’t ask for better

    This ground beef is unlike any supermarket ground beef, even the organic grass fed stuff you can usually find in supermarkets. It has a higher fat content and you can taste the difference in the meat. Family and I absolutely love it!

    I’m loving the quality of this ground beef it’s like no other. I’ve tasted many different ground beefs that have stated they were “grass fed” and were no where near as fresh and tasty as Frankie’s and on top of that the price per pound in comparison to commercial grass fed beef is even better considering the meat you get from Frankie is top tier thanks a lot Frank you are greatly appreciated! Also I’d like to state that with the five pound bulk I have yet to have a shortage in meat but once but than again it wasn’t enough to be too concerned about. It has been resolved since and I haven’t ran into the problem since then thanks Frank Great entrepreneurship.
