    Another absolute winner! I had no idea what to expect. I cut each one in half and marinated them for a few hours. Then I put them on a skewer and grilled them. They were absolutely delicious. I much prefer the flavor to brains. Thank you for always bringing us more nutritious products, Frankie!

    Like in Franks video introducing the product I put this in my morning shake with some protein powder. You can’t taste it but even so I tried grilling as well and it has a rich taste and remind me of scallops . The testicles can be a bit slippery when cutting so if you have a food processor and want to add it in the smoothie I would use that.

    I made mashed potatoes with heavy cream and butter and left them a bit lumpy, then I added a good amount of the testicles diced a bit chunky and sauteed in butter served on top of the potatoes. A mild lamb flavor is there, the texture is unique and everyone wanted to know what it was. The trick is to not tell people what they are eating until after it’s all gone and they tell you it was all delicious. I haven’t eaten a lamb nose or tail, but I’ve eaten their eyes, brains and testicles. Good eating.

    These are softer and almost melt in your mouth, nevertheless tasty. Goat fries seemed firmer. Both are excellent of course! Today I made lamb testicles and brains malasa. Yummmy yummm!

    They taste like oysters, I assume that’s because they’re both high in zinc. I got both the lamb and goat testicles; the goat ones were firmer and still had the membrane and epididymis attached, I prefer those

    This was the first time I’ve eaten testicles. They kinda do taste like oysters if eaten raw. The outer skin is very tough to chew on so I find it better to cut them into little strips and swallow whole unless cooked. When cooked they have a similar taste to intestines or ‘tripitas’

    I tried lamb testicles for the first time today and they were pretty good. The flavor isn’t good or bad – but taste isn’t of the utmost importance. They were raw and slightly warmed in the oven with no seasoning. Surely if these were seared and seasoned the taste would be even better. Some of the packages I received have 5-6 big testicles while others have about smaller 12-13 testicles. The plan is to eat a couple of these a few times a week and see if there’s any noticeable difference in testosterone levels. The price for what you get is really fair and I have nothing but praise for Frankie’s Free Range Meats and Gonads!

    I ordered several pounds of lamb fries and a beef tenderloin. The lamb was excellent and I found that grilling it was method in which I enjoyed it the most. The beef tenderloin was also wonderful. The shipping was a little confusing and hard to track but not a big deal. I plan to order again soon.
