All of our goat is 100% Grass Fed and Grass finished raised on Pasture year round.
Why Free Range?
The nutrition of our food depends on how it was grown, especially animal products. These vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids are stored in the protein and fat, determining both taste and nutrient content. Feedlot animals are not only missing the quality diet that make their meat taste good, they can have “off” flavors, a lower nutrient content, and an imbalanced fatty acid ratio. We strive to procure quality animal products that are both enjoyable and nutritious, as it should be.
Uses
Marinade in salt and milk or water overnight, pan sear or throw on the grill!
The package came from NY all the way to hot south Texas, the dry ice was already evaporated, yet all the meet still perfectly frozen. I boiled the kidneys the next day and was happy with the product. I don’t have a lab to run any tests on the meats but it all seems very legit to me.

Shipment arrived solidly frozen. I ordered lamb, rabbit, and goat kidney. So far I have tried the lamb and rabbit kidneys. I cooked them as a deviled kidney and they were excellent. However, the rabbit kidney was more delicate and I think I might try some different recipes for that in the future. I have high hopes for the goat kidney. Excellent product!
