All of our beef is 100% Grass Fed and Grass finished raised on Pasture year round.
Why Free Range?
The nutrition of our food depends on how it was grown, especially animal products. These vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids are stored in the protein and fat, determining both taste and nutrient content. Feedlot animals are not only missing the quality diet that make their meat taste good, they can have “off” flavors, a lower nutrient content, and an imbalanced fatty acid ratio. We strive to procure quality animal products that are both enjoyable and nutritious, as it should be.
Uses
Flank steak has tons of intense beefy flavor. Eat it thinly sliced and cut against the grain for maximum tenderness.
It tastes very good and the texture is nice. So is the price. It is really good meat.

good price, however i end up trimming about 300g or so of fat/gristle off the flank steaks. i usually end up with 2-2.5lbs of pure trimmed flank steak. these require some “butchering” skills to create 2 perfect grillable flank steaks. one of the steaks usually still has the silver skin on it and the fat can taste a little weird to me sometimes. SOME TRIMMING IS NEEDED, BUT STILL COMPARBLE PRICE TO STORE FOR BETTER MEAT

For a small order I was really pleased at the quality of each individual cut, the meat itself I’ve quite literally never had anything like it, you can tell compared to the store grass fed that this meat is the best on the market for what i could afford.
