Fresh Pemmican Liverwurst Ingredients: Beef, Salt
Beef bones are cooked until the meat falls off, the meat and fat are then grinded together to form a smooth paste. For the scrapple grains are added at the end of the cooking process.
Due to unfair treatment from the USDA the only way for us to sell Organic, Farm Fresh products is by selling shares of the live animal.

This might be my favorite product from the whole website, and I’ve been placing regular orders since the business launched. It’s hard to describe this as anything other than a meat cake – kind of like a softer version of meatloaf. I don’t always like to eat super fatty meat so including this in my diet ensures I’m getting all the healthy animal fats along with liver (which you can’t even taste). Being able to eat it straight out of the fridge as it’s already cooked is convenient as well. It’s very satiating, digests super easy and tastes amazing – I seriously look forward to this every day. I’m always impressed with Frankie’s innovation and the evolution of the business – grateful for all you do.

Never tried Liverwurst like that before. No salt, no spices. I had it with bread, butter and little pepper and salt on top. Delicious.
