make excellent beef jerky
I have no idea how to make biltong traditionally, but did a salt & apple cider vinegar recipe with this stuff and can hardly eat enough of it. Frankie, please order more so I can go broke on eye of round!
So flavorful. After cooking to a perfect med rare, sliced it thin for sandwiches. Better then any roast beef you'll buy from the deli. Thanks Frankie!!
Was immediately very impressed when seeing how visibly healthy, vibrant and fresh the meat looked once thawed. Really great quality New Zealand beef. Made a wonderful batch of Pemmican with it using Frankie's wagyu fat that I rendered myself. Very happy with my purchase!
