Grilled seared goodness!
Great quality. Awesome in a Dutch oven. Will most likely order again- made me want to try some of their other products.
Was lazy and instead of grilling it I baked it in the oven — still turned out good. That's the nice thing about high quality meat, you don't have to be a good cook for it to end up tasting good.
I really liked the grass fed chuck steak. It was my first time trying chuck and It was great. Anything from Frankie's never disappoints. I pan seared it and made a soup with the other half. Thank you Frank!
If you want to eat like a king, without breaking the bank, there is no better option than Frankie’s Free Range Meats. To date, I cannot find a place offering higher quality steaks at a better price. Look no further and give the Wagyu options a try.
This particular steak is also very good. I prefer my chuck a little more done. Salt, pepper, garlic powder and Coleman’s mustard from Whole Foods as a rub. Let it sit 1-24 hours, crisp outside on a cast iron and finish in oven at 375. Flip around 7-9 minutes
