I'd ordered the beef and lamb fat but never the pork until now. It's pretty good, although my only complaint is the outer rind which is left on. I don't have this issue with the other fats and I find it odd. I have to carefully slice it off before I cook with it. Otherwise, it's pretty good.
I purchased this ibérico pork fat to make pork salt. It is very good quality and the price is very reasonable. Definitely will purchase again
Just made some lard, let’s see how it turned out. Other than that, the iberico fatback is really good quality.
Just cut in rectangular pieces and put it on a cast iron skillet for a bout a minute each side. Just enough to render the fat a little. Then add some sea salt and Boom! Enjoy.
