Just cut in rectangular pieces and put it on a cast iron skillet for a bout a minute each side. Just enough to render the fat a little. Then add some sea salt and Boom! Enjoy.

My package came today filled with this awesome fat, CLO, Salmon eggs & a free version steak. The ice was still not all frozen (delivery took 2 days) and all products came frozen as well. Great alternative to beef and lamb fat when you need to switch it up. I also loved that they kept the skin on, super crunchy like chicharrones when you pan sear.
