Ligaments (NOT tendons)

Ordered these and they were UN-COOKABLE! Thus also practically inedible! Pressured cooked them for over 4 hours.....still complete rubber bands! Need to pressure cook FIRST, then use a meat grinder to make them edible. Actually turned out to be a tasty addition to soup; and when ground acts as major thickener of the soup. However, there is NO Tendon contained within a ligament. They are two completely different anatomical structures. Make sure you are ONLY getting tendons to prevent disappointment.....and a kit of extra work!

they are def not befdons. They are like tire unediable, I try pressure cooking and grill low and slow all waste of gas. If you compare other tendon I buy from market they are clear. These are yellow 1/4 inch thick silver skin.
