I can tell a difference after cooking a few pieces of the adrenal gland in my eggs! My anxiety and stress has gone down tremendously! These are helping to restore my adrenal glands back to health!
After reading some of the reviews I decided to give the beef adrenal glands a try. I started off with a dime sized piece. Nothing. Then a quarter sized piece. Nothing. Then I ate the whole thing. Still nothing. Where are the people reviewing getting this "energy" from? Since I didn't experience anything different I decided to ask AI about it. Here's the reply I received: "No, you can't get adrenaline by eating adrenal glands, but you can take adrenal extract from animals in the hopes that it will work like the human body's adrenal glands. However, there's NO EVIDENCE that the human body can absorb adrenal extract or how it might work." If you like the taste, go for it. It tastes similar to liver, but don't expect an energy rush.
I bought this on a whim to add raw organs to my diet. Started with a nickel sized piece, thawed it and ate it raw. About 20 mins later I got this sense of euphoria and a burst of energy. Not crackhead energy but like "fasting" energy and alertness even though I wasn't fasting. Frankie wasn't kidding about it being potent. I just ordered more today, such a treat.
We have used raw paleo options for support of wellness for decades. Living among the Amish in Central Pennsylvania we had many opportunities to supplement our wellness requirements. Having relocated to Arizona we did not expect to have access to this. However, we have needed these supplements and Frankies has provided Excellent product and service. We cut the glands into frozen pills and make pate from the liver. We are delighted and astonished to see that our hometown is supplying the rich and tasty chicken livers! Thank you very much :)
ENERGY! I have the clearest mind of my adult life. Been eating a pill sized amount for two weeks. I will up the dose and do one whole 2x weekly and see how I feel. The taste is mild and the consistency is that of tough chicken breast. By far my favorite
