Milk Fed Veal Liver
I had a c section and lost some blood. Went through anemia but this tastes good and helps me gain iron better than supplements.

Not this liver! I think the big secret to making beef liver palatable is to have it come from milk fed calves. Beef liver from an adult is fine but for some tastes it could be less appetizing. It also helps if the liver is sliced thin which makes cooking a snap. In my case, I throw mine on the grill (using a grill mat) and gently brown on both sides! Simply delicious and a great way to get your much needed B vitamins! Doing the same in a pan (onions optional) yields similar results! Can't go wrong with this liver!
ate it raw. very nice taste not perfect but dam good. and i have had bad liver before so i know
