I love the flavor of this lamb tallow. I cook with it all the time and even eat it from a spoon sometimes.
I purchased two jars of the lamb tallow. I left one on my counter and one in the fridge. The one on the counter molded within one week. I figured, my fault for not using it fast enough. Grabbed the one from the fridge, the bottom had the beginning of mold. Sucks because the portion that I did use, was delicious and creamy. Maybe I just got a batch with moisture.
This is my favorite tallow I've tasted so far. I don't know if it's because of a different method of making this tallow, but it's super smooth, the fat particles are smaller and melts more easily. The flavor is more balanced and taste better than beef tallow and camel fat.
