hard and subtle flavor. one of my fave cheeses from frankie's :) i do not think the rind is edible but i may have eaten the rind sometimes

I’m going to paraphrase Frank a bit here.. the reason you’re not very attractive is your parents weren’t willing to spend some money on high quality cheese! Get that K2 in you from a good tasty source. This cheese beats what I can find locally and no raw sheep milk can be found in town. Try it and get some meat while you’re at it!

Yum like Red Robin

Just kidding, can you imagine eating at Red Robin? Anyways, I've had a few manchegos before. This is about the same price as any sub-par variant you can find locally but *much* creamier and better-textured. Milder, in a way, than some others I've had. Absolutely no regrets here. Don't be dumb like me the first time; put it in the fridge when you get it and not the freezer.
