I purchased this ibérico pork fat to make pork salt. It is very good quality and the price is very reasonable. Definitely will purchase again
Just made some lard, let’s see how it turned out. Other than that, the iberico fatback is really good quality.
Just cut in rectangular pieces and put it on a cast iron skillet for a bout a minute each side. Just enough to render the fat a little. Then add some sea salt and Boom! Enjoy.
I will definitely be purchasing more.
