Damn good Duck Livers!

While travelling in Europe, I ordered my favorite appetizer, duck liver pate', on several occasions and decided that it was time to learn how to make it. First step - find a recipe - I did. Second step, find some duck livers - so I went online and found Free Rage Meats, and ordered six packs of their frozen duck livers. I've made pate' twice now and it has turned out great both times! High quality ingredients make all the difference!
