Super tasty, no complaints

I recommend this liver, I have nothing to compare it to but I ate it raw, it wasn't bitter, and was palatable.

Good if you cook it, just wouldn't recommend eating it raw. I've gotten perfectly fine liver from here before, but most of the time it tastes really sour and is brown/ gives me issues. I eat a lot of raw liver
