Smaller shares are shipped every week immediately. If you would like to order a 1/4, 1/2, or whole beef you may place a deposit and we will reach out to you via email.

Quarter beef is UNREAL.

First off, I genuinely feel like I stole it for what he charged me. Secondly, the beef came all labeled with an insane variety of cuts + roasts and organs. I took a chunk off of the beef raw when it came in and the flavor profile was out of this world. Can't wait to try the steaks and roasts. From how it was packaged, to the quality / variety of beef I'm truly impressed. You've always given the highest quality everything, and this is definitely no exception. I'm EXTREMELY pleased with my purchase; and I can't thank you enough for this Frankie.

Fresh beef share

Absolutely phenomenal flavor on both steaks and ground beef. The T-bone was a .8 of a Lb but the flavor was still top tier.

Sausage and franks

The sausages were too salty! The frankfurter didn't taste like Frank's at all. The skin came off while cooling. Maybe I cooked them the wrong way? Never had this prowirh other sausages and Frank's.

frank always has great quality & this is a mixed bag of sorts. of the ground beef I prefer the 5lb bulk ground beef to the one in this for burgers but it's great for pasta and tacos. t-bones are cooking rn the other steaks we slow cooked and turned out amazing in asian dishes.

Farm share was gamie tasted bad however the steak that I ordered along with the farm-share of bee...

Farm share Yuck Yuck and Yuck tasted bad like dog food especially the ground beef and the cuts choosen for the beef share were poor quality
