I ordered a 2lb turkey leg as I prefer to have various parts rather than a whole bird to cook. none of the selections from Frankie has been a disappointment! I rubbed the leg with olive oil, sprinkled some herbal seasoning and baked in the over for about an hour. Delicious and meaty!!
