    I don’t know if chicken liver are more or less nutrient-dense than the livers of other animals, but they are the most delicious. I can’t find them at any local farm. Frankie is the best! I thawed them and refrigerated them in a jar, and sauteed 2 or 3 fresh chicken livers with every meal for the next several days. Perfect!

    Ive tried chicken livers, ew. I’ve tried calf. All store bought. This was the answer. Actually enjoyed every bite. These are very, very mild. If you want to get organs in, these are your best bet. Season with salt black pepper and garlic powder/onion. All you need. I didnt even let it marinate in milk or water. Just drained blood put in a bowl with seasonings for an hour and cooked to pink in the middle. Dont overcook them. 5/5

    This is truly the best liver I’ve had. Other brands I bought frozen thaw out like a weird mush but these were beautiful! I made a simple pate but I was eating it by the spoonful I couldn’t wait for it to sit in the fridge my body was so hungry for it. I’m very pleased with the quality and I plan to order all of my meats and organ meats and fat from Frankie’s. I’m incredibly grateful to have access to something so high quality

    My order was delayed and therefore, I had to throw away 2 pkg of livers that were on top because they had thawed. I got a free deer steak with my order and it too, was thawed. I’m very apprehensive now to eat remaining livers due to them not being frozen solid upon arrival so I will just throw them out too because I’m afraid they may be rancid. Food poisoning can be fatal.

    It had been years since I’d eaten chicken livers, and then it was only the one that came in a whole chicken. I cooked up and ate a pound of livers with my dinner and loved them. A big knob of butter and a little garlic powder added that little something extra. Yum.

I made a delicious Chicken Liver Fricassee and I have a second package of these Chicken livers that will be prepared as a liver pate with a little Cognac! They were fresh, delicious, and silky! Wow!
